When you sign in, tap "Join a Group" and enter the group code provided by your group admin.
Ratings use a 2.000–8.000 scale with separate doubles and singles ratings. Before each game the app predicts the score from everyone's ratings (half a point apart is about 11–5; a full point is about 11–2); your rating moves by how much better or worse you did than predicted. New players show as NR until 3 games, move fast at first, and settle as their reliability grows with more games and more different partners and opponents (about 10–12 games to count as reliable). Games between teams more than 1.0 apart don't change ratings.
Tap the "+ Log Game" button from the main screen. Select the players and enter the score.
On the sign-in screen, tap Sign in with email, then Forgot password?, and we will email you a link to choose a new one. Still stuck? Email pikl123support@gmail.com from the address you signed up with.
Go to Account → Delete Account.
